Folks frequently ask...."What do duck eggs taste like?"
They are very similar to regular chicken eggs, -not gamey at all, as many might think.
Some expect they will be "too rich" tasting, -but I don't find it to be so.
The other main question is...."What's the difference?"
Duck eggs are typically larger than chicken eggs, and are higher in calories, fat, protein, -generally more nutrient dense.
It is said that people who can't eat chicken eggs can eat duck eggs.
They are also appreciated by bakers.
