Ceylon Cinnamon, also known as "true cinnamon," has a subtly more delicate and sweet flavor than the more common cassia cinnamon. Cinnamon's sweet, spicy and warm fragrance adds pungent sweetness to baked goods like cookies, cakes and breads as well as stewed fruits, puddings, curries, sauces and vegetable dishes. Our organic bulk Ceylon cinnamon is kosher certified and non-irradiated.
