Edible variety, and makes a nice ornamental.
Add to soups, curries, and stir fries.
You can also make a lovely tea from the leaves.
Dry them and save for year-round enjoyment.
As Lemongrass grows relatively tall, they are not happy in a small 4" pot for long.
They will prefer a much larger pot over time (which can be overwintered inside), or planted in the garden to fill out.
